Jaggle.AI — Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Account: Your registered profile with Jaggle.AI.
• User/You: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• AI Output: Any content, suggestion, or result generated by Jaggle.AI’s artificial intelligence systems.
• Subscription: Paid plan granting access to Service features for a set period.
• Pay-As-You-Go: Additional AI usage charges based on consumption.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including Bhutanese law, GDPR, and CCPA (if applicable).

3. Scope of Service

• Jaggle.AI provides an AI-powered project management platform delivered via the cloud.
• We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
• AI Outputs are generated automatically and should not be solely relied upon for decisions involving legal, financial, safety, or critical operations.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you select.
• AI-related services are billed separately on a pay-as-you-go basis.
• All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for unpaid invoices.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Jaggle.AI to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Share unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use AI Outputs to mislead, impersonate, or defraud.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or biases.
• Jaggle.AI makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI Output.
• You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated information before using it in any decision-making process.

8. Data Privacy

• We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with Bhutanese law, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
• We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in Jaggle.AI’s platform, features, designs, and content remain the sole property of Jaggle.AI.

10. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jaggle.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaggle.AI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bhutan.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Thimphu, Bhutan.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
