AI transparency
Last updated: 20 April 2026
This page explains where artificial intelligence contributes to Jaggle.AI and the responsibilities that remain with the people using it.
1. How AI supports project work
AI-assisted features may help teams:
- Draft task descriptions, documents, diagrams, and updates.
- Suggest task breakdowns, priorities, and timelines.
- Summarize relevant project information and activity.
- Prepare first drafts of communication and reporting.
These features are designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making.
2. AI services
Jaggle.AI integrates services provided by OpenAI for natural-language processing and intelligent assistance in relevant product features.
3. How data is used
When you choose to use an AI-assisted feature:
- Relevant inputs, such as a prompt or selected project details, may be processed by the AI provider to generate a response.
- The data is used to provide the requested functionality.
- We do not use project data to train AI models unless explicitly stated.
Jaggle.AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Limitations
- Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Suggested plans, timelines, and recommendations should be reviewed before use.
- AI does not understand your project as deeply as the people responsible for it.
Validate important information and decisions before acting on AI-generated content.
5. Your control
- AI features are optional where applicable.
- You can review, edit, ignore, or discard generated output.
- Your team remains responsible for decisions and material it chooses to share.
