Senior ML Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ML Engineer to lead the development of advanced machine learning systems that power our intelligent project management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ML systems and pipelines
• Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models
• Architect scalable ML infrastructure and workflows
• Mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Expert knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong experience with NLP, transformers, and LLMs
• Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale
• Expertise in MLOps, model versioning, and monitoring
• Strong programming skills in Python and software engineering practices
• Experience with distributed training and model optimization
