AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Join our AI Research team to develop cutting-edge machine learning models that power intelligent automation in project management. You will work on NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and train ML models for project management automation
• Implement and optimize deep learning algorithms
• Research and evaluate new AI techniques and methodologies
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models to production
• Analyze model performance and iterate on improvements
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML research

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
• Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with NLP and transformer models
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment
• Published research papers or open-source contributions are a plus
